While there are many factors that make Energy Athletics LLC (Energy Baseball & Mini Warrior Baseball Clinic's) Central Massachusetts' 10 year running program the best around, it’s the coaches and people behind the scenes who drive our success towards victory. Our dedicated coaches and instructors are comprised of accomplished individuals who share the same passion for the game as their players do.

Energy Baseball & Mini Warrior Baseball Clinic's are always looking for qualified hitting, pitching, and catching instructors as well as Travel Team coaches. Our staff is comprised of current or former College and Professional players and current or former College and Professional coaches. Our instructors must be team players that are not closed minded, and are willing to learn techniques and drills, and incorporate them into their very own teaching skills. Our instructors must be consistent in their teaching philosophies across the board.

Requirements for this Position:

• Must have a baseball coaching resume 

• Enjoy working with kids

• Report to work on time, NEVER late. 

• Work late afternoons or evenings during the week

• Work weekends 

• Mini Warrior Requirements- Available Summer's from 8am-4:15pm Monday-Thursday, occasional Friday.

Internship Opportunities:

Energy Baseball & Mini Warrior Baseball Clinic's are always looking for bright talented, hard-working upper class-men in high school... OR, college students who are interested in learning the behind the scenes of a Baseball Training Empire that we offer. Internships are available for students earning degrees in Business, Marketing, Communications or Sports Management. Interns will receive hands-on experience in various areas of a growing baseball training facility. A background in baseball is favored, but not required.
