Payment, Cancellation & General Policies
Payment & Refund Policy
All payments made toward Mini Warrior Baseball Clinics are non-refundable under any circumstances.
By registering and submitting payment, families acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined below. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for any reason.
No refund or reduction in fees will be provided for a child who arrives late, leaves early, misses days due to illness or injury, or attends only part of a session.
If we are told prior to the start of day 1 of the clinic that you would like to move to a different clinic, we will approve the request if the other clinic is not full.
Clinic Cancellations & Credits
Full-Week Clinic Cancellation
If an entire week of a clinic is canceled due to any of the following:

Field conflicts
-
Inclement weather
-
Extreme heat or other safety concerns (as determined by Mini Warrior Baseball staff)
-
Insufficient enrollment (minimum of 12 registered participants required)
-
Any other unforeseen circumstances
The full amount paid will be credited to the family’s account. Credits may be used toward any future Mini Warrior Baseball Clinic, including:

Other summer clinic locations
-
Vacation clinics
-
Future seasons (2026 and beyond)
Credits never expire. No funds will be forfeited due to time restrictions.
Single-Day Cancellation
If one clinic day is canceled, a Friday make-up day for that week will be held at no additional cost.
Multiple-Day Cancellations
If two or more clinic days are canceled:

Participants may attend the scheduled Friday make-up day; and/or
-
May attend that made up day at the local offered facility (Worcester or Wrentham) upon moving inside; and/or
-
May attend one additional single day at any other Mini Warrior Baseball Clinic location during the same or a future season free of charge.
Unavailable Friday Make-Up Day
If a Friday make-up day cannot be held for any reason, participants may attend one single day at any other Mini Warrior Baseball Clinic location free of charge or the clinic will be moved inside to the local worcester or wrentham location. Whatever we offer.
Medical Requirements (Physicals)
A copy of your child’s most recent physical (dated within 24 months of the clinic start date) must be uploaded to your Active Registration account prior to the first day of camp.
Mini Warrior Baseball must comply with regulations set forth by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. No participant will be registered or allowed to attend without a valid physical on file.
Please note: A new physical must be uploaded each year, even if your child attended a previous season.
Player Photo Requirement
A current photo of your child must be uploaded to your Active Registration account prior to the first day of camp.
This allows staff to correctly identify participants and ensures safe and accurate dismissal procedures.
Age Groups

Ages: 6–13

Advanced 6-year-olds are eligible at parent discretion
Participants are grouped by age and skill level:

Ages 6–9: Beginner skills

Ages 10–13: Advanced skills
Insurance
All Mini Warriors must be covered by family or accident insurance and health care. Parents are encouraged to confirm adequate coverage with their insurance provider. Some insurance companies may offer reimbursement for clinic participation.
Practice T-Shirts
Every Mini Warrior receives an official Mini Warrior Baseball T-Shirt.
Please select your size carefully at registration. Shirts are ordered based on submitted sizes and cannot be exchanged.

Lunch & Snack Information

Days 1–3: Please pack your own lunch

Final Day: Pizza party prior to the Awards Ceremony
We recommend bringing a small cooler for lunches.
Snack Time: Daily from 9:45–10:00 AM

Snacks and sports drinks are not provided unless purchased as add-ons

Tuition & Discounts

Clinic Fee: $225 per week prior to Memorial Day.

$250 per week after Memorial Day
-
Certain towns that have fees to run the clinic due to town owned fields, will have a larger clinic cost of up to $100 per child per week.
Discounts Available:

Attend 2 or more clinics: Save 10% on each additional clinic

Sibling discount: Save 10% for each additional child after the first
Payment Plan (2026)
Families may pay in full at registration or enroll in the payment plan. All participants must be paid in full by their first day.
Partial Clinic Attendance
Can only attend for a few days?
Our à la carte daily option is available for $90 per day.
